EMBROIDERY

We can add your logo to most garments as an embroidery on our multihead embroidery machines.  An embroidery file is required for our embroidery machine.  Therefore a setup cost is usually involved for each new design.  Once we have this design on file there are no further setup costs.  If this can be provided, there will no set up charge require. The file type used in our machine is a .DST file. 

SCREEN PRINTING

We have full screen printing capabilities.  The cost of screen printing is such that the more prints you do the cheaper the printing is per unit.  Each colour of the design is printed one at a time therefore the cost increases with the number of colours.

Because each colour is printed separately, each colour has it's own screen setup.  This means each colour has a setup cost.  Once these prints are setup we store them on screen for future use.

SUBLIMATED PRINTING

Many of our sports garments are created by a printing process called Sublimated printing.  This is a process where the design is printed to large format papers and then pressed at high pressure and temperatures to all the panels of the garment.  The process dyes the print into the fabric unlike traditional screen printing which sits on the surface.  We print all panels at once to avoid variations of collar from one part of the garment to another.

Any new designs will incur a setup cost for initial art, as well as the screen set up costs.  The screens used are very large and quite expensive, therefore it is necessary to re-use these screens various jobs.  This means each repeat jobs will incur a screen set up cost.
